2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Services and Fees
The initial application fee covers the evaluation of your CV/resume and any necessary corrections or improvements to optimize your profile for international employers. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee payable at the time of application submission.
4. Additional Services
The process of actively applying for positions, interview preparation, visa assistance, and job placement involves additional fees that will be communicated to you separately after the initial CV evaluation is complete. You are under no obligation to proceed with additional services.
5. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application. You must not upload fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The application fee is non-refundable once the CV evaluation process has begun. If we are unable to process your application for technical reasons, a full refund will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the WorkBetter.uk platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WorkBetter.uk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
WorkBetter.uk provides a matching and placement service. We do not guarantee employment. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, visa outcomes, or any indirect damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or engage in conduct that harms other users or our reputation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
